Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are subject to strict compliance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Return Authorization & Process
    Customers seeking to return or exchange an item must first request authorization from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon approval, detailed return instructions, including the designated return facility, will be provided.

  2. Return Shipping & Associated Costs
    The return shipping process is the sole responsibility of the customer. All associated costs, including but not limited to international shipping fees, customs duties, and applicable taxes, must be borne by the sender. Returns must be shipped via a traceable courier service with a valid tracking number. Any return shipments without a verifiable tracking reference may be deemed void.

  3. Return Address & Processing Time
    Depending on the product category and warehouse logistics, returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center, which may be located outside the customer’s country of origin. Processing times for returns and exchanges may vary significantly based on transit durations, customs clearance procedures, and internal quality inspections, which may take up to 30 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

  4. Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact. Returns that fail to meet these criteria may be subject to rejection or a partial refund at the company’s discretion.

  5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items, including promotional, clearance, and personalized products, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  6. Partial Refund & Alternative Solutions
    In cases where the customer requests a return due to personal preference (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the company may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following alternatives:

    • A partial refund (a percentage of the original order value) without requiring the item to be returned. The refund percentage will be determined based on the product category and other logistical considerations.
    • A replacement item in a different size may be sent upon customer request, subject to a small processing and reshipping fee. The customer must cover the associated reshipping costs, which vary depending on destination and product type.

  7. Refund Method & Processing Fees
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, handling charges, or return processing deductions. Refund amounts may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations, bank processing fees, and other financial adjustments outside our control.

By initiating a return, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
